Attorney Ana Augusto graduated from the University of Miami, School of Law in 2004. She is admitted to practice law in the U.S. Southern, Middle and Northern Districts Federal Courts and the Bankruptcy Courts of Florida.
Attorney Ana Augusto has extensive practical experience in the area of family law, including dissolution of marriage, parenting plan, time-sharing, child support, alimony obligation and other marital disputes.
Attorney Ana Augusto is a member of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar, the Dade County Bar Association, the Cuban American Bar Association and the Collaborative Family Law Professionals of South Florida.
Ana Augusto concentrates her practice in the fields of divorce, family law, estate planning and probate. Fluent in English, Spanish, and a working knowledge of Portuguese, Ana Augusto represents domestic and foreign clients of diverse backgrounds. Ana Augusto has also represented Latin American clients in litigation matters in Florida.
Ana Augusto started her legal career at Dade Legal Aid by representing individuals in divorce and paternity cases. Ana Augusto is also experienced in the areas of foreclosure defense, modification of mortgages, and individual bankruptcy to help families cope with financial hardship.
