Ana C. Augusto concentrates her practice in the fields of family law, estate planning and bankruptcy. Fluent in English, Spanish, and a working knowledge of Portuguese, Ms. Augusto represents domestic and foreign clients of diverse backgrounds. Ms. Augusto has also represented Latin American clients in litigation matters in Florida.
Ms. Augusto started her legal career at Dade Legal Aid by representing individuals in divorce and paternity cases. Ms. Augusto is also experienced in the areas of foreclosure defense, modification of mortgages, and individual bankruptcy to help families cope with financial hardship.
Ms. Augusto is committed to give back to her community by participating in Dade Legal Aid's Put Something Back.

Attorney Augusto graduated from the University of Miami, School of Law in 2004. She is admitted to practice law in the U.S. Southern, Middle and Northern Districts Federal Courts and the Bankruptcy Courts of Florida.
Attorney Augusto has extensive practical experience in the area of family law, including dissolution of marriage, parenting plan, time-sharing, child support, alimony obligation and other marital disputes.
Ms. Augusto is a member of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar, the Dade County Bar Association, the Cuban American Bar Association and the Collaborative Family Law Professionals of South Florida.
